Mair Baker is a Production Engineer who has been working in the Live Entertainment industry for over 10 years. Having started in sound she quickly diversified through Lighting before settling more into a Video Op post pandemic.

Mair works in many parts of the industry including corporate events, live music and theatre.

She also works as a freelance Production Manager on several medium scale projects that are in the works

During the pandemic she found a love for teaching which she still pursues both as an Hourly Paid Lecturer at NTU London but also by running private training events at AV Events

Currently Mair works mainly as a Video Op being proficient in Vmix, PPT and Companion.

In 2024, she won “AV Technician of the Year 2024” at the WILM awards
